By accessing or using Find Tech Stack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Find Tech Stack is a free, no-signup tool that lets you enter the URL of a public Shopify storefront and view information that is publicly observable about that store, such as the apps, payment gateways, and theme it appears to use. Results are generated automatically from publicly available signals and are provided for informational and research purposes only.

You agree to use the Service responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submit URLs you are not permitted to scan, or use results to harass, defraud, or harm any business or individual.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the Service, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or excessive request volumes.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise commercialize the Service or its output without our permission.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Find Tech Stack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent. Names, logos, and trademarks of detected apps, themes, and stores belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

The Service displays information about third-party apps and links to external websites, such as the Shopify App Store. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that detection results are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Detected technologies are inferred from public signals and may include false positives or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Tech Stack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use it, which for a free service is zero.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the integrity and availability of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
